Yves Wagener

Maître Wagener has been a lawyer for over thirty years and has acquired major experience in civil and commercial matters. He uses his know-how for the benefit of individuals and companies that he actively advises and represents before Luxembourg Courts. He has developed considerable expertise in many areas of law, with a specialization in company law, labor law, forced recovery and protection of adults (guardianship).

Maître Wagener holds a master's degree in business law and a diploma of advanced studies (DEA) from the University of Paris I, Panthéon Sorbonne. He was President of the Young Bar Conference during the 1998/1999 judicial year.
